A year ago I began attending a monthly card making group. We call ourselves "Spark a Smile". The cards we make are donated to a number of organizations. This month we celebrated with a birthday party!
We had carrot cake. :-)
We also made birthday cards to donate. It was our biggest turn out ever and a lot of fun.

Oh, Marlene, I love this idea! Where would I find such a group online? I love making cards, do them well and produce more then the family is big! Slowly but surely I understand the title of your blog! BTW, I posted a pic today which made me think of you!!!
You do the most awesome community service projects. It looks like you all are having a lot of fun.
